About Alex Lee

Alex Lee is a self-confessed geek by day, super-geek by night, I live and breathe technology and computing. The loyal soul that I am, I’ve been with my current employer for 12 years, having earned my crust in a variety of roles. Right now, I’m a web engineer with an information architect, interactive & web design and development background – mainly PHP – but I have picked up a few other languages along the way (oh, and I have been known to dabble in French from time to time 😉 ). Experience of setting up and supporting Windows and Unix based servers and middleware technologies.

Besides my computer related activities, I’ve found that daylight and fresh air are the equivalent of defragging my hard drive and as a consequence, I try and get out of the house with sports and activities such as running, cycling, scuba diving, walking and canoe polo (though these days more as a spectator than a participator!). I’m also an avid photographer and you can see some of my better work at AlexLeePhotography.co.uk
